Fusion 360 error frame when opening even after deleting the LoginState.xml file

Hi, I downloaded trial version fo Fusion 360 software,

I installed it on my PC but I can't open the software.

It gives me Error frame: "The terms of Service have not been agreed to with this account You need to sign in and accept the terms of service."

I deleted the LoginState.xml file, but it had no effect.

Any idea how to solve it?

hi, thanks for replay.

I think the problem is the network in my company. 

Yesterday I was on home office and everything was ok. I'll try to solve it with my IT department.
