Fusion 360 Drawing Zoom Displaying Issues

Kindly refer to the video attached, in drawing, it can't display full lines when zoomed in.

also can't select when sketching ( normally click and drag forms a rectangular covers the sketch selected, but it worked in the way similar to make a three point arc).

Laptop used: Mobile Precision Workstation 3581 BTX

Preferences > graphic driver selection > open GL
