Fusion 360 Doesn't Respond (most of the time)

Hello, Fusion 360 peoples. I kindly ask for your help because this is very necessary for my classwork.
I have Fusion 360 (Education License) downloaded on its most recent update, yet for the most part it has almost never gotten past the boot-up screen (the one that just says "Autodesk Fusion 360 on a white BG). When I try to interact with it, without fail, it shows up as "Not Responding". Even if I were to get in, certain features (such as Appearance) don't work whatsoever. I have it on a Windows 10 Dell Laptop with an Intel GPU- full specs at the bottom- but it just doesn't cooperate. What do I do to fix any of this?
