Fusion 360 does'nt launch

Hello,

I have an educational licence and i've been using fusion 360 with no problems for the past 2 years but now that I installed fusion 360 on a new computer (workstation) it doesn't launch. It is currently also installed on my laptop but im logged out. I dont have any error message it simply doesn't launch. I will be very glad if you can help me. (I tried to reinstall it but i didn't worked).

Hello, i've tried everything that it is suggested on the forum but it still doesn't work (clean reinstall, check folder, proxi, firewall, run as administrator...) I'm a lost and i dont know how to solve the problem. I dont think it can come from my computer because I have one i7-9700 and a MSI geforce RTX 2070, I dont know if i can come from my windows 10 pro. How can I get more answers ? thanks.
