Fusion 360 crashes while working online

I am trying to use fusion 360 but every time it crashes after a little while IF I select the working online option. It does not crash when working offline.

My windows is up to date. Fusion 360 is the latest version. All the graphics drivers are upto date. The computer is also a new machine with 32 Gigs of RAM and an RTX3080 GPU.

And offline working clearly shows that the software doesnt have any problem otherwise. But whenever working online, it crashes.

Any ideas why?

I can't find any crash reports by searching with your email address. Do you see a crash report and/or send it in?

The symptoms you mention sound related to your network. Have you tried restarting your router?

Seems reproduced the issue. I can reproduce the crash if I click "Job Status" and enable "go online" toggle. Could you please take a look at the crash report from my account. Probably the reason is I use m1 apple chip.

Have found the root cause: I was running backup version of the binary from my backup folder, not current installed version
