Fusion 360 crashed when using Arrange in Additive Manufacturing

I just started using the manufacturing mode in fusion, so it might just be a misunderstanding on my side.

However, when I create a simple cube and try to automatically arrange it in additive manufacturing, fusion 360 keeps crashing, no matter the setup.

I can use "Place parts on platform" without "Arrange", but not with.

I am trying to slice for the Flashforge Adventurer 3 Series, which I created based upon the already existing printer in the Library Flashforge Creator Pro

Hey m.scopp32,

Could you please give us more information? Here's what would help us out:

  • Could you please share either the design's .f3d file or the new .machine file?
  • Does the other arrange functionality work (when creating a setup or inside the collision detection command)?
  • When using "Place on platform", did you select a component or did you leave the selection empty?
  • Did you use a manufacturing model when creating the setup?
  • Was a CER report created, if so do you happen to save the report number?

Thank you in advance,

Nicole
