Fusion 360 crashed, and does not start anymore.

As I was working on a project and tried to save,  Fusion 360 would not respond, so I closed the program and tried to restart it but nothing happens.  A fusion 360 process shows up in task manager, but nothing appears on screen. 

After restarting PC, same thing.   Tried to uninstall but it won't allow, error message states there is a F360 process running, but there is not- I checked.   Even the adexmtsv.exe is not in task manager.   Attached is the log file

Next day I tried again, this time waited about 10 minutes and finally F360 opened.   Then after that, I restarted it again and it was ok.  The problem seems to be when crashing and then it makes the recover files.   This took a such a long time to do, that I thought F360 stopped working.  Just have to wait 5-10minutes after a crash...
