FUSION 360 Crash regarding CCode C0000005

I need some help with opening a file. A file I used to open has suddenly crashed and I cant open it anymore. Every time I open it, I get a crash report, and clicking into details, it says error details:

Date/Time: 2023-01-25 17:36:58 +08:00
Application: Fusion360.exe
Error: Access violation - code c0000005 (first/second chance not available)
Crashed Module Name: NsDataModel10.dll
Exception Address: 0x00007ffb799ade44
Exception Code: c0000005
Exception Flags: 0
Exception Parameters: 0, ffffffffffffffff

Im guessing because I had a product design extension on it? And now that the 30 day free access is gone, it has caused issues within my files? Is there anyway to open up the file without having to lose data?

Thank you!!

Hi,

Thanks for posting.

I see one crash report from the same day you posted this message. I'm assuming they are related.

I doubt this is related to any design extensions. What would help is a copy of the design. Would it be possible for you to provide a public link for me to download the design? If you want to do so privately, please send a private message to me.

Thanks,

I got this error when working on a new PC. I can not find solution. I read some case related to this problem and your suggest about removing webview2, but errors still happen.

Do you get a crash report from Fusion? If yes, can you provide a report  number?

Does it happen with all designs, or just some designs?  If just some designs, can you share one with me (privately)?

Are you a paying customer? If yes, have you tried contacting product support?

I got your PM about adding RAM to your system. If you feel that was the solution, feel free to mark this post as the solution for any others who might search for this error code. Thanks for following up.
