Fusion 360 Community Forums default to Russian?

A few weeks ago, I was searching for help on some topic or other, and followed a like to a discussion on these forums. The site was displayed in what looked like Russian (I'm American), which I translated via Google Translate.

Since then, whenever I go the Fusion 360 forums, I get Russian. My Autodesk preferences are set to English. I tried setting them to German, then back to English to 'jog' things, but no luck.

I then deleted every cookie in my browser related to Autodesk. No luck!

Here's an example of what I saw when I followed the link to the forums in the "Unresolved Component" article:

Can someone please help me figure this out?

Thanks!

Enter the forums, log in and then choose the indicated icon.  Select United States, if it asks you to translate say yes.

Thank you!

I'm not sure how I messed up that setting, but now the forums and I speak the same language once again. 🙂

I can tell you exactly how it happened.  You happened upon a forum post in Russian and it asked if you wanted to translate.  You said Yes and that is when it happened.  If you select any post where the author has selected a different country, using the Globe icon, and your settings differ, it will ask you if you want to translate.  Not all foreign language posts will do this since the poster has not changed the setting, just written the forum post in their own language.

Thanks for the explanation. I'll be more careful in the future, but if I screw up again at least I know how to fix it now.
