Hi.

I was reading about the fusion 360 certificate.

Seems like this is nothing I can do online? I need to find a "local" provider of certificates..

However.. in the list of those Sweden only had one and that link didn't even work.. So I cant get in contact with them to ask how it works..

So how does this work? and how much does it cost to get that badge?

Hi there! 🙂

I had a similar problem not long ago, so here is my experience.

Yes, it is not a thing you can do online. It's more like a language exam 🙂 The tasks mostly about like revolve a sketch, after check the created body's weight, the questions are checked with numbers like weight, or distance, you write in the answer, than next question. It's not that hard, actually it was fun for me!

About the location, I live in hungary, and I couldn't find a provider online too, at first!! But you just have to google a little, because every autodesk certificate place, can order the exam licence for fusion 360 too, even if they don't advertise it, and it does not cost them anything! You just have to send a few emails and ask them if they willing to do 🙂 In my case, I just send 3 emails, and 2 of them were capable of doing ot! You just have to look a little 🙂 I don't really think that list is up to date in every case.

Oh, and I forgot the price, I did it in december, and It cost me like 140 dollars If I remember correctly, but I think it can be different by every country.

Why would you pay money for a badge ?

Because theres more way to earn it.

For example you can earn it by doing monthly challenges too, but it's a long procedure.

I wanted to it the short way, and I did an exam. I did not pay for the badge, I payed for the exam to earn the badge.

I wanted to earn it because of the Autodesk Certified User championship (http://acuchampionship.com/)

I'm sorry, mabye I misinformed you, this is the link for it, It says how to do everything step by step, but it is saying that "Autodesk Certificate of Project Completion" too, not Certified user.

Now I really don't know if those two are the same or not 😕

You have to make challenges like this, for 8 months. It really looks like to me you got the badge for completion but I don't know for sure, it worth a little research and a few e-mails I think, or maybe someone smarter than me will come and help 🙂
