Fully defining a sketch

Still having trouble fully constraining this sketch.  It revolves as it should but I am missing a dimension or constraint somewhere.   It may be related to how I drew and trimmed the sketch.  Any help appreciated.

1. try this: (my guess)

horizontal constraint

2. Try rectangular pattern instead of single lines.
