Hello, my name is Niels and i have a question. 

My screen stay locked on "Connecting to your data", and it's for a while now. I would like to learn and improve my skills for university.

1. What is your machine specs and your OS?
2. If this is windows have you tried to update or reinstall your graphics driver? 
3. If this is a Mac, is the OS up-to-date?
