Frequent UI Issue: Sketch context menu is locked in some odd mode until restart.

Hi,

I don't know the exact causes for this issue, but I run into it multiple times a day. I don't have exact repro steps, but the info below should get you close to the bug.

The steps I am frequently performing are:

1. Open sketch.
   Not sure if its helpful, but these sketches often have elements which are projected into other sketches.
2. Create or Change sketch elements.
   Maybe create a new control point spline or project an intersection curve. I use these two features frequently.
3. Click Finish sketch.
   Observe changes. Fusion normally recalculates a surface or form after this step.
4. Attempt to edit the sketch, via the context menu.
   BANG! Menu missing commands.
   Edit: The menu options are wrong altogether. None of the commands on the context menu apply to a sketch, it seems to be providing the options for a solid.
5. The sketch cannot be unselected, and this broken menu will return until Fusion is restarted.
6. Other sketches have a normal context menu, but this "broken" sketch instance will remain selected, in addition to any other sketches that you may click.

In the attached screenshots, I was editing a sketch called "Bondline-3D". You can see the broken context menu, and a working context menu next to it, with Bondline-3D still selected.

The app seems to be in some state that cannot be exited (I've tried clicking almost every action to no avail). It should be in the state that happens when a sketch is closed, but it isn't.

I'd love to hear about a cause or a workaround.
