No, it is called Fusion Personal License now. When your Fusion License expires and you renew it, you will automatically get a Fusion Trial version of the full Subscription Package. This is Autodesk way of advertising. They are hoping when you see the benefits of the Full Subscription License you will purchase it. After 30 days, you Fusion will switch to a Personal License, of course unless you purchase the Subscription.
