Forum keeps signing me out every time I click oon a link

Wierd behavior on the forum today - it keeps signing me out every time I click on a link or button, takes me to a 'Autodesk Signing Out' screen, then to the product menu. Cannot post or reply to anything in support forum, trying one last time to see if THIS post will go in! I am on Windows 10, using latest Firefox. Makes no difference whether I check the 'keep me logged in' button during the login. The login works, get back to support forum, first click and it logs me out.

One way to keep questions ddown, I guess... 8-)

It's doing the same for me too. The number of times I've tried to reply to this thread is unbelievable!

The log in / looping issue should be resolved for you now. Excuse my delay in letting you know we were looking into this - I was getting looped out too before I could reply! 🙂 We appreciate you alerting us, and please know we did see it.

Oh, ditto here - you both should know I tried desperately to answer you while we were working on it - through my phone, different browsers, etc...I thought I was getting somewhere and then it would loop me out!

What about fixing the Tick to Remain Signed In routine?

The Forum Sign Out bot is working great!!!!!!

How many times do I have to sign in again today, this week, to earn a Community Badge?

Unbelievable for encouraging community participation.

Additional problem:
When you try to access your dashboard, you are directed to this page, which consists of only one line of privacy information.

Only after several untraceable clicks do you make it.
