Please recommend a forum for absolute beginners.

I have started with the tutorials - But it appears that I can download tutorial drawings.

what is the best to do ? must I download the drawing and save it to my downloads folder or must

i click to open it with fusion?

In terms of absolute beginners you're in safe hands here since there are many experts in the Fusion 360 Forum however if you want somewhere different I'm part of r/Fusion360 on Reddit which is also active. However, this forum is probably your best best for fast (ish) answers.
