Forever Pending Upload

Hi,

So I have this bug where it persisted through updates and I can't seem to get rid of it, even after I clear cache or logged out and relogin.

Screen Shot 2017-04-20 at 12.57.57 PM.png

as you can see, there's no current upload in progress

But upon closing, it gives this error.

Any tips?

Hi Omar,

Thank you for posting! Could you try the workaround 3 in this article to see if that fixed the issue? If this does not help, could you attach the diagnostic log file?

I hope this helps!

Thanks for the link, no.3 seems to do the trick.

I have also been experiencing this same problem.  I have executed the #3 option which fixes the problem for awhile.  Within a short period of time problem returns, I really don't want to have to continually executed option 3.  Also can you please tell me how to create a diagnostic log file?

I'm also having trouble with this. Workaround 3 clears the pending if I just open and close Fusion 360 without modifying anything, however once I make a change I run into the pending update again. I've attached the diagnostics logs.

I've got 20 design folders, and getting up in hundreds of designs.  I've got 13 files in the "forever pending".  I  can't perform "solution 3" because I"m not sure which of my files need to be "saved in offline mode".

Can I get someone to help me on this?  It's not critical but very irritating that when I close fusion it won't close like a normal program because of the forever pending files.... which I can't identify.

These upload pending loops are annoying as hell. None of the "solutions" listed are permanent.

For everyone's sake PLEASE MAKE EVERYTHING AVAILABLE OFFLINE with SYNC to cloud.. NOT SOLELY ON CLOUD or per whatever one makes offline (which is questionable in itself). Use the cloud as backup not primary source.

THIS IS A TOOL that people use for work. First and foremost it needs to FUNCTION reliably and consistently. Please do not get stuck in the Silicon Valley fantasy land of sofware developement.

I completely agree on Mr. Dmitriy. We have issues on saving that continues for nearly 2 month and still no reply from Autodesk staff. We want to use it for business, work. But this is not good user experience.. 😕 I wish saving to local would be easy as ctrl+s (Not exporting I want, I want to save local because our uploads stuck.)
