I am getting this error. It came when I didnt even change the section, so maybe there was an update that triggered something. I cant find where the crease/point that is causing it, so I'm not sure how to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated, reverting to a previous save didnt work before

Can you please export the design and attach here? I'm glad to take a look.

Try this:

Use Repair, then Make Uniform.

(do not enable "remove t points" during Make Uniform)

Looks like that worked, thank you so much. Do you know what might have caused that so I can avoid it in the future? The form was very awkward and convoluted in box view

For a complex shape like that it's easy to produce overlapping faces, which I think is the culprit here. In general, all the normal t-spline advice applies:

  • Avoid T intersections when possible
  • Avoid star intersections when possible

And my favorite: From time to time, after some amount of modeling progress, use "finish form" to see if what you just changed broke the conversion. Perhaps save at those intervals too if the conversion remains healthy. This way you are only a few Undo moves away from a healthy model.
