Flat Pattern Won't Export

Trying to export this flat pattern and it won't work. I do remember it working before but now it's not working, everything else exports fine.

What does it say if you click on the More Info?

Start a new sketch on the face of the Flat Pattern.

P for Project and click the flat face (not the edges). OK.

Finish Sketch.

Right click on the sketch in the browser and select Save as DXF.  Does this technique work?

Sorry, Thanks for trying to help I forgot I posted this, found the issue was that when I was making the hole in the compound bend area I had given them a fraction of a degree of angle which wouldn't work.
