Is anyone able to tell me why my flat pattern isn't working on the attached model?

Thank you

@angusstrawhorn

Your Fillet10 is created incorrectly.

I saw many other issues as well.

Is there anyway for me to tell exactly what I've done wrong or is that just something you can tell from being experienced. Sorry this was my first ever project and have been trying to teach myself off youtube.

The @TheCADWhisperer has mentioned that Fillet 10 is causing the Flat Pattern failure.  You cannot add a fillet to the relief notch of the bend or it will give you issues.  If you right click on Fillet 10, late in your timeline, and chose Suppress Feature, the Flat Pattern will work.

If you roll the timeline back to here you get a good flat pattern.

But as soon as you start modifying faces that form part of the corner bend it fails.

In the flat pattern you are modifying this area and removing the faces around the corner relief.

Rather than modifying the corners use the 2 sided option on the edge something like this.

Also remove the fillets as others suggested and you get a good flat pattern. File's attached.
