Flat Pattern DXF Export moves arcs

I have 2 parts in a sheet metal assembly that have arcs that move in the DXF that is created when using the DXF Export button from the flat pattern. Only 2 parts of a similar shape appear to be doing this. Here is one of the parts. If I create a drawing of the part, I can create a PDF. I created a DWG, but it gives an error when trying to open the file.

I get the same results with the flat pattern. That could be a defect and needs explored further.

The DWG opens fine - i do get a Proxy notification but for the most part this is not an issue. Its likely a link in the .dwg file showing where it came from. If you get a different error please upload a screenshot of that here.

I use eDrawings 2018 to check the appearance of DXF & DWG files that I output. It just opens as a blank window.

I would still like to know what happened with the arcs.
