Flat Pattern center bend lines not shown

I have a simple sheet metal design that shows no center bend lines when I convert to a flat pattern. In the attached file, if I suppress the 0.55" side flanges, the center bend lines do show for the remaining bends, but if I include the side flanges, the flat pattern then shows no center bend lines for any bends. In all cases the extent lines do show.  In the tree under "Bend Lines", there is no icon for center lines, only an icon for extent lines. What am I doing wrong? I don't recall having this problem with similar pieces in the past.

The problem is that your Sheet Metal Rule has the 3 Bend Intersection relief shape is set to Round.  This setting leaves metal over in the area of the bend so the bend lines do not develop.  Change to this to Intersection and the cut will cross the bend line and your bend lines in the flat pattern will return.  No Replacement will work also.  Model is attached.
