Downloaded F360, clicked on shortcut, opens w/white screen, click on demo ‘house’, image appears briefly then white screen. 

Don’t see a way to proceed.  

It’s their demo [not my image]. No indication of next step.

What you are describing sounds like a graphic card and/or graphic card driver issue.  I would update my graphic card drivers first and this if that does not fix the issue.  Take a look at the video and see if it helps with the indicated settings.
