You do not give much information about your task to be calling it a "Bug"!  Please attach your model and also attach a screen capture to describe what you are trying to achieve.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

I created a Screencast of what I "think" you are trying to do so maybe it will give you an idea what you are trying to do.

You can get a much quicker and more relevant answer by attaching your "model" and not a picture.  I can only guess as to your settings and processes from a picture.  From what I can tell, you are trying to pattern two sketch entities from the modeling environment.  You have chosen the modeling pattern command which is used after the sketch is turned into a model.  You want to be in the sketch, that the rectangle and circle, were created in and use the Pattern command there.  I used this command in my first Screencast video to pattern the circles.  Attach you model for a more definitive answer.

You are not in the sketch environment!  Please attach your model, I will do a Screencast to show you what you are missing.

there are two pattern commands:  you are using the Modeling Pattern command, you want the Sketch Pattern command.

Everyone is trying to tell you that there are two patterning commands, one in the model sketch environment and one in the modeling environment.  Take a look at the Screencast to see the difference.
