Finding the correct machining operation and tool for my project

Hello and thanks for your help 

I am attempting to select the correct machining operation and the correct tool for this simple project I have.

The material is wood, thickness is 0.125". 

I am enclosing my file for review so thank you for taking a look.

Some time back Fusion 360 updated their tool selection layout and since then I have had a difficult time just selecting a tool. Am I the only one with this amount of difficulty????

With such a fine detail design, this project cannot be cut using a milling operation.  The first screen capture is with a 0.03125 diameter cutter and it is incomplete plus it would surely break.  The second screen capture is with a laser which is the option to choose.  I have attached this model. 

No, just the opposite, I find the new tool selection much more friendly.  If you select the operation on the far right hand side first, then the different cutters appear below in a list.
