FIlleting after Feature Pattern

Made a tooth of a gear and patterne the feature around a cylinder. Went to fillet between teeth - and all works except one tooth pair. Doesn't matter which - just wont do it. I can undo and redo pairs, but always a pair fails.

Current solution is to leave two pairs partially filleted and finish the filleting in another operation.

Hi @dmitriy

Thanks for posting! It certainly looks like you are experiencing some unintended behavior - unfortunately I have been unable to recreate it with a similar circular pattern and fillets in a new file. Would you mind sharing the design in which you have noticed this with me? If you'd rather not share the design publicly feel free to private message me a shared link.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

Hi @dmitriy

Thanks for sending the file over! I found that I ran into errors when trying to create all the fillets in a single feature as well. I did notice that I had no problems adding the omitted edges into the original feature after it had been created, in your file as well as in a new file. Saving the file as a new version also allowed me to add the fillets into the original feature from the design timeline.

As this behavior is inconsistent (Fusion can generate fillets between all the desired selections but will not when all the fillets are selected initially), I have logged a report (FUS-36572) with development, who will be working to improve this behavior. I believe that this may be due to the fact that, when all the fillets are selected, the cylindrical face the teeth are coming out of is fully split be the new face, as new faces fully intersecting the cylindrical face are created with this feature. I found that splitting the cylindrical face on both sides of the teeth allowed me to select all the desired edges initially with no errors in all files I tested this in, as shown in the screencast below.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
