Files transferred from personal hub to team hub have disappeared

Hi,

 

Recently I had to create a new team hub and as part of that process I believe my personal files have been transferred to the team hub. However they are not present in the new team hub and if I switch back to my personal hub the files are not there and I get an error. When i log into myhub.autodesk360.com I get an error, and in the errors at the top it says that the files cannot be moved and to contact support.

I don't mind if these files are in my personal or team hub but I would like access to them.

This morning the files are also missing from my personal account. I have opened a support ticket. I have one personal paid account and 2 company paid accounts. All of my files are gone from both accounts.

I don't see any difference. I resolved the issue after support failed to support.

I have this same issue after being force to migrate to Team Hubs. The failed move has remove all files from my account.
