Files open and save for a very long time

Files open and save for a very long time. Sometimes the files open for 1 minute, sometimes 10 minutes or even crash and I have to restart the program.
I am in Indonesia and I have 30Mb/s Internet and no problem with any other services (FB, Youtube, etc).
I tried several providers, tried to clear the cache and tried to change the DNS server
with no result.
How can this problem be solved ?

Can you File>Export and then Attach and example *.f3d file that exhibits this behavior?

Unfortunately, this applies to any files.

I can’t attach the file, the form is submitted and remains in edit mode and the file is not saved.
