files from other computer cannot be opened

Hi,

I have a professional licence for F360 and I draw on my laptop as well as on my desktop PC.

Sometimes files created on my laptop cannot be opened on the desktop. I get this error:

'Could not open file - Error opening file! The current operation will be aborted'

Downloading the file and reuploading does not work either.

Please help!
