Files deleted after account renewal

Good day,

I recently renewed my educational account and realized all of my previous design files were deleted when I logged into my account.

It seems like the account is newly created instead of getting renewed and there’s nothing in trash box as well. 
I would like to know if there’s any way I can recover my designs.

is that something you might be on the wrong team. 

Can you check if you have any other team in your Team switcher?
