Please share the snapshot of 'failed status', it will help us to understand the situation better.
We also need to check if there is anything pending to upload.
Please share UploadQueuedFileList.xml file with us for checking,
You can find this file at below location,
Mac
- Macintosh HD > Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > (Lettered folder name) > W.Login
Windows
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\(Lettered folder name)\W.Login\
This file has list of the file which are in the process of upload. It might be possible that one of those files got stuck in the upload. In that case, you can refer to below article.
