File with forever spinning wheel can't be deleted

Try using 'view details on web' and delete from there.

From within Fusion you can click on the eye over the globe, or go to your Hub page. Then you should be able to delete like so:

That's weird, I did click on the globe before and got taken to a different page, but now it works.

In case it's worth knowing, doing that locked up F360 and I had to use Task Manager to shut it down.
