After briefly editing a previously saved document, a save failed with the above error after a successful `Compute All`. Export failed along with it.
I then tried a Save As to create a backup, this partially worked closing my existing document, creating a new document and that then failed to save the new file too.

I rolled the timeline back to a very old copy-paste bodies feature where I was able to save. Rolled forward one feature, save failed again with above error, rolled back 1 and was able to save. I thought I have found the feature with an error.
Thinking this odd that a copy-paste would cause the error, I then repeated the previous steps, rolled forward 1 feature, save failed, roll back to previously saved feature, now that feature would no longer save with the same error. Roll back one more same error, again & again at no point was I now able to save without the `saveSmbFile` error
Having lost 100s of of hours of work before because Fusion crashed/couldn't save, I immediately copied my user folder with the crash recovery data outside of Fusion for safety. I had a dig through the logs, and started seeing this:

Realising I was now in big trouble as the errors related to the file I was working on originally not my now new "Save As" document, even though the crash recovery said it was using my new "Save As" document. I stopped and went to make breakfast to consider my life and possible new career choices.
About an hour later, I came back and repeated the previous steps roll back-save, roll-forward-error. Only this time no error. Roll forward again, no error, again and again each feature saved. I take the risk and roll to the end. The file now saves. I immediately export for safety.
To be clear I changed **nothing** in that file in the mean time.
If support would like my backup recovery folder when the errors were occurring let me know, however the crash recovery file is only 60% of the size I'd expect, so I have no idea what it actually saved, or didn't.
There should be no scenario *ever* that a user cannot save a file - even if it is corrupt. I now have zero faith in Fusion's ability to save my data correctly or Autodesk's seeming obsession with forcing me to use use their cloud infra.
This isn't the first time I've had this error, and this also isn't the first time Fusion has corrupted and lost my data, sadly I doubt it will be the last.
For me, the worst part that causes a complete loss of faith is that Fusion 360 appears increasingly non-deterministic.
