File - Open window is far larger than the screen making Fusion inoperable

I do not know what happened. This is the first time I've used Fusion since the update in the last 24hrs (I think).

Fusion opens normally. File - Open, then the open window is literally ten times bigger than the screen. I cannot resize it since I can only reach the top left and right of the window. I'm pretty sure the bottom corners are required to resize the dialog box.

Help.

I'm working through possibilities right now. Restart. Update Connector, clear cache etc.
