File not avaiable at the moment ! ????

Lately I've been haunted with this strange message !

When I build up my models I use a lot of individual components in separat files and the assemble them into my final model.

Often when I save a component I see this triangle sign on the file list of files in the folder - it last for a long time and even when I shut down Fusion and re-starts ... the file is  still  unavaiable !

What is wrong or what do I do wrong ?
