Failure.pngI'm having trouble opening a design.

I don't seem to have anything in my upload queue pending and I'm the only one with access so none of the suggestions I have read apply.

Trying to view the file on A360 just freezes.

I'd appreciate some help.

Is it a design you worked on recently and are you using the PC you last edited the design on? If you did edit the design recently on your PC, try switching to offline mode and see if you can open the design.

The design was edited a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately going offline shows the project as grayed out.

As he mentions - I will need those log files. Also - how many versions of this file exist? Does trying to open a previous version work? Can you share a public link to the file with me?

Design shows as having 17 versions on a360.

I've sent a PM with a shared link.
