Feature request: Be able to copy measurement results

Every now and then I want to do some calculations with the results of the measurement tool, or copy them to some other document. I wish I was able to copy the results by clicking on them, or even just the normal way of selecting the text and pressing Ctrl-C. Currently I have to manually copy which tedious and error prone. Or is there some better way? For example, from the below I needed the X and Y delta to some notes:

The feature you desire is already available.  I admit, it would be nice if there was an indication it was copied to your clipboard but it has been requested many times.

Wow, I wish I had noticed this before! Thank you for the extremely fast reply. This is very helpful and will save me a lot of time.
Yes, some indication that the text is copied is what is missing.

Just a quick note about replying to a Forum post.  Do not use the Quick Reply as it addresses the Forum post to yourself.  Instead use the Reply icon on the post you are replying to, then it is address to that person.  It gets a bit confusing when more then one individual is involved, not in this case, but others.

Ok, thanks for the notice. I'll do that going forward.

Typing in the "Reply to topic" box is the intuitive way. The quick reply would perhaps be less abused if it said something a long the lines of "Reply to topic author". Or if it would show while typing who the reply will be addressed to. I don't think it does that now, does it? You only notice the mistake when you hit the "Post reply" button.
