Hey, how do I conduct Fatigue Analysis. which software to use. inventor Nastran only does fatigue calculations

Yes Inventor Nastran can do fatigue analysis. Fusion 360 does not.

You can connect your Fusion 360 designs to Inventor AnyCAD for Inventor.
