Fasteners - joints into a subfolder

Hi, would it be possible for the joints created by adding fasteners to be automatically put into a subfolder of the main joints folder to avoid clutter? Thanks

Hi chris.frakes,

 joints of inserted fasteners are autimacially in subfolder of the Joints folder of  the ACTIVE Component. The same behavior as you can see when you insert Xref document and use manual joints.

@Roman_Vesely I think what @chris.frakes is asking for is a folder in that subfolder specific to that group of fasteners.

Hi, thanks for the replies and my apologies for not explaining more clearly. 

When adding say a bolt, nut and washer there are 3 joints automatically created. So adding say a dozen such fasteners and the number of joints in the active component grows by 36. If these joints were in a "Fasteners" subfolder of the respective Joints folder, navigation would be easier and it would be faster to find user created joints vs. ones created by the addition of fasteners.

I see your point. It's interesting and it will be forwarded to our Designers for future investigation.

As "workaround" right now you can see in the TimeLine that each Fastener (if  has a joint - so joinded with some geometry) has his joint(s) directly on the right side of it's icon. Hope that could help with identification of joints related to fasteners.

Hi, thanks for your time and consideration. 

My goal was really to separate auto-created Fastener joints from user created manual joints to make the latter easier to find for further actions (e.g. editing) If Fastener joints are grouped and collapsed into a subfolder of Joints, they're easy to find if needed but more importantly, user created joints are still presented as they were before the Fasteners functionality was added.
