Failure to Complete the Uninstall Process

I work at educational institute. At the beginning, I wrongly download the commercial version of Fusion 360 and realized the trial is 30 days. So, I quickly downloaded the educational version of Fusion 360, then removed the commercial one. Very funny, I could not found any Fusion 360 in my control panel and my App. It seems that the un-installation processes remove both files. However, when I execute the "Fusion 360 Admin Install" again, it said the program is already installed. But the program is invisible in the control panel uninstall a program. Is there any way to complete remove the Fusion 360???

Hi @Anonymous 

 

Are you using the windows uninstall tool? Use the Fusion uninstaller instead. There are files the local uninstaller doesn't get.
