@guselfvpa Thanks for the logs. It shows the below error

OSError: [WinError 1392] The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable

Here is my recommendation:

1. Close Fusion

2. Delete the shortcut you use to launch

2a. Restart machine

3. Go to add/remove programs

4. Select Autodesk Fusion - Modify

5. Select repair Fusion

This should help.

This will launch the

@guselfvpa I am a bit surprised that this did not work. Essentially that is an uninstall/reinstall. To confirm that you are now able to use Fusion just that you cannot update it? Can you tell me what is the version of Fusion you are currently on? Also, certainly do the uninstall and a reinstall will install the latest build.

Hi,
Yes it works fine but is not updating.

If I try to uninstall via the dashboar thing or via apps and programs I am met with the below error message. Does this mean I need to resort to other ways of uninstalling?

@guselfvpa Ok, looks like you want to do this then:

1. Again close Fusion and restart machine (Just to be sure)
2. Goto C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local - Delete the Autodesk Folder
3. Now install Fusion again

Does that help?
