Failing to move bodies to component

Noramlly i can drag and drop bodies to a component. This is not working now. I restarted fusion and my Pc, the problem still persists

1. ensure your not dragging the component onto a locked or inactive component

2.Ensure design history is enabled

3.What version are you running Fusion on? when did you have your last update?

4. Is this happening in one specific file? have you checked if it works in files where you have done this previously?

I think the timeline history marker has to be at the end of the timeline for a restructure operation to work.
