Failed Update and Unable to Open Drawings

Upon opening Fusion 360 yesterday, I found I was unable to open drawings files. The file would open for a split second before quickly closing itself and forcing me back to the new design page. After digging a little deeper, I found that there was an unfinished job in the job status bar. This turned out to be an update that failed to complete. After restarting Fusion 360 and my entire machine multiple times, the problem has not remedied itself. I've attached the log file below, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @nathan.wetherell 

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having trouble. I would suggest that a Clean Uninstall of Fusion might be the best way to fix this issue.

 

Once removed, you can re-install Fusion from here: https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/appstream 

 

I hope this resolves the issue, please let us know how you get on.
