failed to up date

Not sure why it won't update. any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. What version of Fusion are you currently ? 

2. Can you go into Fusion and go into Help - Support and diagnostics - Service utility - Gather system info 

attach the fusiondiagnostcslogs.zip in here?

3. What OS are you currently on?

@ryan_n_anderson1 After gathering the system info zip files, in the service utility please also run the Repair Fusion option.
