Failed to solve sketch dimension error / "constrained" unconstrained sketch

Hello everyone. I've got generally a simple sketch that drives me crazy and shows inconsistent behavior (f3d attached; sketch "tool cutouts" in "Toolbox" component).

First I've drawn a vertical construction line, placed some hexagons on it with defined spacing, then added additional construction line to the right to define area for text and added some text fields. Now I need to specify distance between vertical line with hexagons and projected wall.

In attached file sketch is shows as fully constrained, even though vertical line with hexagons can be dragged around (as well as second construction line). At the same time I can't specify distance between that vertical line and projected wall as "it will overconstrain sketch".

If I push that vertical construction line left and right for a while, I may eventually be allowed to add that "impossible" dimension. Problem is that if I try to change it afterwards, I get an "
Failed to solve.<br>Please delete or modify one of the following constraints/dimensions<br>" error"; especially if I try to reduce that distance. Even though I can actually drag that line to any distance manually without specifying a dimension.

More than that, if I try to enter the same (or random) numbers to respecify dimension, it may eventually "solve".

Such random behavior makes me think that something is not working as intended.

Any suggestions? 🙂

P.S. Fusion version 2603.1.52

P.P.S. No help with sketch/model itself is needed, I've just made it a bit differently, post is just about strange program's behavior.

Hello @shtanko_andrey

Sorry to know that you are facing the issue. I appreciate the steps and the data set with which I can reproduce the issue easily. It's indeed a bug. I have reported a ticket (FUS-215671) to the development team to look at.

Thank you,

Rohit Bapat

P.S.

I am sure it is not an ideal solution but detaching the text boundaries from the polygons, helped adding and changing the dimension freely.
