Failed to Download File. An error occurred: Forbidden: Are you sure you have permission?

I have a single personal use license. I have Fusion 360 installed on 3 computers in different locations that I would access individually. I currently have 3 editable documents in my data panel. The same 3 documents show up on all 3 computers as editable. However no matter which one I try I get the same error message. When I go to myhub.autodesk360.com I cannot locate those files. They are not there. I would ideally like to recover those files but do not know what is broken. I have tried a number of things (like going offline on other machines etc). But I cannot do anything with those files. I cannot change to read only. I cannot open. I tried a re-install on one of my machines and it did nothing. Hoping someone can suggest what I need to do here.

@sidskiba If this is not visible in Fusion team (the web), can you go in to the project and locate the trash folder and see if it was accidentally moved in there?

They were not in the trash folder either. On one machine I was able to make them read only but now they are gone everywhere. Not on any of my machines and not in the web hub. I guess I will just need to re-create them. Just do not know why the issue or why they vanished now.

Thank you.

@sidskibaCould you please try accessing your projects now? They were marked as "closed" in our system so we have made them active again.

Please let me know if you were successful or are still having issues.

One called Phantom Mask shows up in project list. I however cannot open the project as it just gives me similar ???? and Read Access Denied above the data panel area. The ones I was hoping to recover were the Knob one and the X End Motor ones.

When I go to the Web I get this when looking at Phantom Mask:

Honestly if this is a lost cause let me know. I do not want a lot of time wasted if this is going to consume hours and hours of work. I will re-make them if I need to.

@sidskiba  We've updated the Phantom Mask file. Could you see if that works now? If so, we'll update the other 2 files you needed. Thanks.

@sidskiba  We've also updated the "Knob" and "X End Motor" files. Please confirm if you can access these files now. Thanks.

No change. Same result with Phantom Mask and do not see the X_end_motor or the Knob file anywhere. Web nor PC.

@sidskiba  We're sorry this is happening. Have you already re-created the projects? We're still working to make sure this doesn't happen again.
