Failed to create new projects

While I have been learning the lastest and greatest features in Fusion, I ran into a problem.

Judging from the posts in the forum, i ttends to happen more often.

I can no longer create projects.

I have reduced the number of projects from 7 to 4, and still can't create a new one.

In Fusion 360 it says: Operation Failed

And when i try to do it on the web page it says: project limit exceeded, you’ve exceeded the number of projects allowed in the A360. ( Startup licence) 

I have tried clearing the cache (under support & diagnostics) as is mentioned multiple times throughout the forum. But that doesn't seem to fix it. 

Does anyone have a suggestion??

The way to get rid of this is to switch to a Team hub - can you try that and let me know if it works?
