Failed to acquire access token during startup

I recently requested a personal use license for Fusion 360. I have successfully downloaded the application. When I run it, I am asked to sign in. After providing the sign in credentials, I receive the following:

"

There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360.

Follow this Support Article for possible solutions to this login issue."

 

The steps in the article do not appear to have helped. I checked the logs under C:\Users\sober\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs and found the following lines in the most recent log:

IDSDKAuth: idsdk_get_token failed with error IDSDK_E_TOKEN_EXPIRED

Failed to acquire access token during startup

 

Can someone please help me understand what is going wrong?
