Fail to install Fusion 360

There was a problem during the installation of Fusion. <urlopen error[WinError 10054]The remote host forcibly closed an existing connection.

I suspect it's a problem with the computer network settings, but I don't know how to modify them.

Thank you! I have solved the problem. I found that the problem lies in the settings of Clash for Windows. Now, I have installed Fusion. But it seems that Fusion  has been synchronizing the online progress all along. This has led to my inability to carry out work.
