Facing error while using "splitting body" tool.

I am facing an error while applying splitting body tool one body taking another body as the tool body. The error states that there is no interaction between the two bodies.

But on verifying using the intersection tool, I can clearly see a whole patch is overlapping each other.

I am not able to identify the intersection while using the splitting body tool.

Note: I have created both of the body using Form and I have given appropriate thickness to each of them making it a 3D body rather than a 2D sheet. Kindly help me resolve my doubt.
